Do I need a passport?
If traveling outside of the United States, you will need a government issued passport that is not set to expire for six months after you return from your trip. You can learn more about passport requirements here.
Do I need to book through your agency?
The Bride and Groom have chosen to book their venue as a Wedding Group Contract. We offer competitive group rates and have secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. Booking with the Room Block also includes any amenities or perks the Bride and Groom have chosen that will not be included with other standard internet rates.
If you stay at a different hotel/resort other than the one chosen by the Bride/Groom you will be considered a Non-Guest and will be charged an additional fee to walk onto the property for any of the private events, including the wedding ceremony itself.
Why should I consider Travel Insurance?
If you are planning any type of trip, purchasing travel insurance is something you need to build into your budget. Think of travel insurance as trip investment protection!

Can I use a different credit card to make additional payments?
Yes. Any time we send an invoice you can designate which credit card you would like the payment to be applied with, including a new credit card. As soon as we receive the information we will make the payment and email you the receipt.
Can my roommate(s) pay for their portion of the room on a separate card or does it have to be all on one card?
Yes, they can pay using a different credit card.
Can I make additional payments before the final payment date?
Yes, you can make additional payments at any time. Just send us an email telling us how much you want to pay and if we should use the credit card we have on file for you.
Can I set up a payment schedule?
Yes. Just email us with how much you want to pay, what credit card to use, and on what dates you want us to make the payments.
I filled out the reservation form but I didn’t get an immediate confirmation.
When you fill out the reservation form it does not automatically make your reservation or charge your credit card. The information is sent to us so we can review it first and ask any clarifying questions. We will then place the reservation on hold and email you an invoice showing the price and deposit required and asking for a form of payment. Once payment is applied, you will receive a receipt via email.
Can I add someone else to my room after I’ve made my reservation?
Yes, you can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.
The other person in my room can’t make it. Can I switch them with someone else?
Yes. Just send us an email with the name of the guest to be removed along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once we have this information we will make the adjustment. If you are just switching guests the $100 cancellation fee is not charged to the person being removed from the reservation.
I can’t make it to the wedding and need to cancel my reservation. What do I do now?
First, send us an email (We have to have it in writing) letting us know you need to cancel your reservation.
If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance. If you did not purchase the travel insurance, and you are cancelling after final payment, the room reservation is non-refundable.
Will everyone in our group have rooms next to each other?
No, not necessarily. This will depend on a few factors like the type of room category each person books and how full the resort is at the time of the event.
Can I request a room next to someone else?
When you make your reservation you can send the request to us in the “Additional Information” section at the bottom of the reservation form and we will pass it along to the resort. They will do whatever they can to honor your request but it is not guaranteed.
